Christie’s foam recycling program

Taking the initiative to improve the effectiveness of our environmental management system, employees approached the company’s primary packaging supplier to investigate the feasibility of recycling/reprocessing the foam. Partnering with our supplier, employees implemented a very successful foam recycling program which is mutually beneficial for both companies and the environment. The program reduces waste while at the same time reducing the raw material inputs into our supplier’s manufacturing process.

Foam recycling is an exciting addition to an established waste diversion program. Christie®​ encourages and supports employees who work hard to make a positive difference in people’s lives and the environment.
