Croma Digital is new Authorized Service Center in Mexico

MEXICO CITY, Mexico – Christie® is pleased to announce that it has appointed Croma Digital as its new Authorized Service Center in Mexico. Croma Digital has been a Christie partner since 2015 and sells Christie’s projection solutions, including for rental projects.
In its new role as Christie’s Authorized Service Center in Mexico, Croma Digital will provide technical support primarily for Christie’s full range of 1DLP® and 3DLP® projectors for the ProAV market. The company will maintain a substantial stock of parts and spare components, streamlining after-sales service and facilitating the sale of replacements.

He added, “We will become a key technical support resource, ensuring that our customers’ investments are backed by top-tier local service, providing assurance to Christie users. Christie offers us a wide range of solutions that meet various needs and requirements, depending on the specifics of each project, and always with the brand’s guarantee.”
Israel Díaz, sales manager of Christie’s Enterprise division in Mexico, commented, “We are very happy to strengthen our ties with Croma Digital. Their new role as an Authorized Service Center will allow us to have a strategic partner that will further enhance the excellent support we aim to provide to our customers in the country.”
Additionally, Christie and Croma Digital have signed an exclusive agreement for the sale of Christie Griffyn® Series projectors in Mexico. This series features 3DLP technology, RGB pure laser illumination, and 4K resolution (4096 x 2160), and includes two models with 36,500 and 50,000 lumens. Carlos Rendón concluded, “At Croma Digital, we will use these extraordinary projectors and incorporate them to boost both sales and rentals.”
