The Christie® LW551i produces professional-quality presentations at an affordable price. This feature-rich, WXGA (1280x800) resolution 3LCD projector has 5,500 ANSI lumens at 3000:1 contrast ratio for bold, detailed images. The optional lens suite includes a selection of zoom lenses with repeatable position recall that make the Christie LW551i ideal for small- to medium-sized applications and wide screens.
The Christie LW551i has an intuitive LCD menu for easy set up and maintenance. With the projector’s USB port, presenters can use wireless devices to present their data. The Christie LW551i also has a text message function that is ideal for displaying emergency or evacuation messages as an overlay on the screen.
This projector is low maintenance, with features such as long-lasting lamps, a filter with up to 20,000 hours of maintenance-free operation, and (< 0.35W) standby operation, all resulting in a low total cost of ownership.

The Christie QuickConnect App enables end users and installers to project photos, documents and websites to a compatible Christie projector over Wi-Fi from their Android enabled mobile digital devices. It also allows users to control their projector. This app is specifically designed to control Christie LW401, LWU421, LX501, LW551i, LWU501i, LX601i, DXG1051-Q, DWX951-Q and DWU951-Q projectors.The app is supported on Android OS version 2.3 & 4.0-4.3 enabled mobile digital devices.The Christie QuickConnect app and the projector must be on the same local Wi-Fi network. Projector discovery Content delivery lets users display content from their Android devices to the projector: Documents, Images, Webpages, Projector control, Control projector - standby/on, audio mute, blank and freeze, Input source selection - choose from two computer ports, two USB ports, HDMI, video, s-video and LAN. Advanced setting: Display modes - full image mode or multi-devices mode (up to 4 Android-enabled devices at the same time). Presenter mode enables the user to invite others to present or prevent another device from connecting to the projector.
