Christie’s Critical inventory management (CIM) program ensures that the right parts are in the right place at the right time.
Our CIM network is comprised of forward-stocking locations and a central-stocking location where we strategically deploy critical spare parts for optimal positioning and 24/7/365 access. With managed parts depot support, we process 95% of all RMAs and ship replacements from stock within 24 hours.

Electronic RMA white-glove support
